Alfonso and Andrea D’Urso, entrepreneurs in the field of leather, decided to diversify and thus invest in pasta
production, creating a product representing a reference point in the Market.
Pastificio Graziano chose to address to Italpast not only for our experience and our professionalism, but also for our availability to support and follow them throughout the entire implementation process.
Through this partnership, and the dedication of Pastificio Graziano, we managed to create an exclusive product, exceeding even the initial expectations.
Starting from the intention of Graziano to produce special pasta shapes, typical of that region, we decided to offer him MAC1000 Multipla model, a machine able to satisfy the production capacity and the required variety of pasta shapes.
However, our cooperation was not limited to this; a team of our experts took care of supporting them, providing a consulency on the most suitable machine, as well as the necessary know-how on the production process, following them in every step of the project, to create a cutting edge pasta production plant.
Considering the success of our first cooperation, Graziano decided to address once again to Italpast, to increase his production capacity and automate the process with new robotic systems.
This cooperation led Pastificio Graziano to get important recognitions, such as the Gambero Rosso Award, for the best Italian Pasta.
Further to the great success, Graziano chose to continue to focus on research and innovation, and to develop new projects to introduce new pasta production lines.
