In 2018, the Family Mozzo, successful entrepreneurs in the furniture field, decides to diversify and invest in food
sector, opening Restaurants firstly, then the Pastificio Mozzo, with the intention to distribute made in Italy,
high quality products in Italy and in the World.
The research of perfection has always been one of the goals of the Mozzo Family; for this reason, after few contacts with some of our competitors, encountering an unsatisfactory approach, they decided to address to Italpast, immediately appreciating our prompt reactivity and availability, as well as our expertise in this field.
To satisfy the production needs of Pastificio Mozzo, we chose mod. MAC400 Multipla, a machine with capacity 300/400 kg/h, suitable for the production of short-cut and long dry pasta.
We also provided a complete consultancy for a technical definition of the plant , local staff training and transformation of the old laboratory into an automate Pasta Factory, equipped with innovative and high performant machines.
In 2022 we supplied Pastificio Mozzo with three new drying chambers.
It was a successful cooperation, as Mozzo went from being a Customer to a Partner.
Their Pasta Factory represents for Italpast a showcase for all potential customers who want to “touch” the efficiency of our machines.
In a short time the Mozzo Family achieved a great success and stood out among the many pasta producers Companies
The continuous research for innovation and perfection led to the realization of a cutting edge, continuously growing Pasta Factory, bringing new opportunities of development of the territory and of the Made in Italy products.
